Land Rover Range Rover Evoque SUV
This is the new face of the 2016 Range Rover Evoque

The “Baby Range”, as the Range Rover Evoque is already known in many places, receives its first facelift halfway through its commercial life.
With this update, which will debut at the Geneva Motor Show, the British brand gives its smallest model the boost it needs to keep its sales levels up.
Aesthetically, the changes are not especially dramatic, as the Evoque’s original design has already been met with a particularly warm reception. The global public likes the Evoque, as its tremendous success and huge sales figures demonstrate. The most modified part is the front, which features Full LED headlights, as well as a slightly revised central grille, complemented by a bumper with larger air intakes that make its look even more sporty.

The Evoque now rides on newly designed alloy wheels ranging from 17 to 20 inches. The rear now incorporates a more aggressive spoiler and optics with redesigned graphics. There have also been aesthetic changes inside, as the instrument cluster now has a more pleasing design to the eye, while the shape of both the seats and the door panels are now newly designed. The Evoque also debuts a new infotainment system.

The most notable changes are under the bonnet, where the Baby Range receives one of the first engines of the new Ingenium family. It is a four-cylinder TD4 unit with two power levels, 150 and 180 CV. It can be paired with the new 9-speed automatic gearbox of ZF origin, and offers homologated consumption figures starting at 4.2 litres per 100 km. The 2.0 Turbo Si4 petrol engine remains the most performance-oriented option in the range, with 240 CV and a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 7.6 seconds.
