Within the Toyota RAV4 2014 range, there will be a new model and a new equipment package. The new model will be the 120D with all-wheel drive, as it will be possible to combine the 124 hp 2.0 D-4D engine with all-wheel drive, always with a six-speed manual gearbox. This new variant has an approved average consumption of 5.2 l/100 km and CO2 emissions of 136 g/km.

In this way, the RAV4 range expands to six versions, four diesel and two petrol. The 120D was the entry-level version and, until now, the only one without all-wheel drive. The only thing that has not changed is the type of transmission, which will remain manual.

This year Toyota will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the RAV4’s launch, so it has decided to include a commemorative package with special equipment in the offering. This is the 20th Anniversary Pack, which features xenon headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels with an exclusive design, an electrically operated tailgate and darkened rear glass. This package will be available on all RAV4 variants, at a price of 500 euros.

There have also been changes to the multimedia and equipment offering, as the RAV4 will also offer the new generation Toyota Touch 2 multimedia system in two of the three trims in the range, Advance and Executive. The Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Blind Spot Monitor system is also being added, and will come as standard on the Executive trim.

Prices for this new RAV4 range start from 25,100 euros. The new 120D 2WD Advance version with the 20th Anniversary Pack can be purchased from 25,990 euros.
