Volvo presents the V60 and S60 R-Design attractive features

Before continuing, let’s clarify that the R-Design package offered for the V60 and S60 models is essentially the equivalent of the AMG package for any Mercedes, the S-Line for Audi, or the famous M package for any BMW.

Once this has been clarified, we will show the result of applying the R-Design package to your Volvo S60 or Volvo V60 prices. This package is essentially designed to improve the structural performance, above all thanks to an optimised suspension with shorter, stiffer springs aided by a new strut brace between the towers.

Thanks to the new suspension alone Volvo we are assured of improvements that achieve a noticeably smaller body oscillation on the move. If this new system doesn’t entirely convince you, we can tell you that other elements, such as the stability and traction control, have been retuned to improve the model’s cornering.

Now, how can you tell a model equipped with the R-Design package from a “normal” one? As with all brands, through aesthetic revisions that include a redesigned new front end, and a new rear diffuser that harmoniously integrates two exhaust outlets, while on the side the most notable feature is the 18-inch alloy wheels of specific design.

Moving to the interior of both models, we find new sports seats, much more sporty than those presented on models not fitted with this sports package, upholstered in leather and cloth, where the buyer can choose between a fully black interior or a two-tone colour that perfectly combines black with grey, and even changes to the steering wheel, pedals and floor mats.
