Zeekr extends its presence in Europe to a third country
The German market will probably be, at the beginning of next year, the fourth European market in which Zeekr will be present.
The Chinese manufacturer Zeekr, part of the Geely Group, is preparing to expand its presence in Europe by launching its range of electric vehicles in Norway. As we all already know, this Nordic country leads European new electric vehicle registrations in terms of market share. Norway will thus become the third European country where Zeekr establishes operations.
Until now, Zeekr has already started its activities in the Netherlands and Sweden. The Chinese brand also announced the start of operations in Germany for early 2024, but this has not yet happened.

In Norway, Zeekr is betting on creating an exclusive dealership network for the sale of its electric vehicles. The first of them will be the Premium Cars Stor-Oslo, which will open its doors this very month of October. The Chinese manufacturer’s plans include expanding to other major Norwegian cities, although the specific locations are still unknown. This sales network will be complemented by service centres and authorised workshops.
Initial Zeekr vehicle range in Norway
In Norway, as in the Netherlands and Sweden, Zeekr will sell the high-performance estate Zeekr 001 and the compact SUV Zeekr X. The latter shares its platform with the Volvo EX30, another brand of the Geely Group. The Zeekr 001 offers a WLTP range of up to 620 km and has a starting price in this Nordic country of 579,900 Norwegian kroner, which at the current exchange rate amounts to approximately 49,160 euros. Likewise, the Zeekr X promises a WLTP range of 446 km and its price in this market starts at 424,900 Norwegian kroner -about 36 thousand euros-.

The Commercial Department of Zeekr in Europe has expressed its satisfaction with the start of operations in Norway, stating that this market is crucial for the company. At Zeekr they are confident they can offer their new Norwegian customers the attention they deserve, so that they can enjoy all the premium electric models available in its range.
Warranty and charging service
In Norway, Zeekr will offer a 5-year or 100,000-kilometre warranty on all its vehicles without exception, extendable by another 5 years or 100,000 km if the service and maintenance schedule recommended by the brand is followed at its dealerships or at authorised service centres and workshops.

Finally, it should be noted that Zeekr offers its customers in Europe a charging service resulting from its collaboration with Plugsurfing, which gives access to more than 800,000 charging points across Europe through the Zeekr Charge app or an RFID card. This app shows nearby charging stations, allows the charging process to be started and finished from the mobile device, and manages billing.
