Zeekr plans to launch seven new electric models by 2026
Currently, Zeekr sells three electric models in China, two of which are on sale in Europe. The company has also recently unveiled a new mid-size MPV.
These seven new models that the Premium brand of Chinese giant Geely plans to bring to market within just over two years will include four crossovers, two MPVs and an estate vehicle specially designed for the European market. Zeekr thus plans to have a range of 11 models before 2027, and one of them will be the recently unveiled Zeekr Mix.
Although MPVs have lost popularity worldwide, in China car manufacturers are betting heavily on this type of vehicle, in parallel with the growth of the middle class in the country. Zeekr is no exception and plans to offer a total of three MPVs. The third of them, codenamed “Zeekr Beluga”, will arrive in 2026. Zeekr currently sells the Zeekr 009, a large MPV, and has also unveiled the Zeekr Mix, a mid-size model.

Despite the expansion of the MPV segment, SUVs will nevertheless remain priority models for Zeekr. Four models are expected to be launched in this category, codenamed “Zeekr CX1E”, “Zeekr DX1E”, “Zeekr EX1E” and “Zeekr Grampus”. The Zeekr CX1E, which could be called the “Zeekr Ark”, will be a mid-size SUV that will compete with the Tesla Model Y, and its launch in China is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024. This model is also likely to be launched globally in 2025.
The Chinese manufacturer will offer a different SUV for each type of customer
The Zeekr DX1E could be a model above the Zeekr Ark, and the Zeekr EX1E could sit one or several steps higher in the range. Geely has also confirmed that a large SUV from its Premium brand will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2024, and it is possible that this refers to the EX1E. For now, there are no details about the Zeekr Grampus.
In Europe, on the other hand, Zeekr will launch a model codenamed “Zeekr CC1E”, which could be given the name Zeekr 007 Touring, that is, the estate version of the 007 saloon.

The Chinese manufacturer is also rapidly expanding its global presence. After launching its latest electric models in Europe and Southeast Asia, the brand is preparing to enter North America, starting with Mexico. The company has already shipped 143 units in total of the Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X to Mexico, with another 114 units on the way. Meanwhile, the first right-hand-drive units of the Zeekr X are already rolling off the assembly line in Chengdu, China.
