Audi Q5

Audi has announced the launch of a new member of its Ultra range of vehicles, which designates the most efficient versions from the German manufacturer.

This time it is the Q5 that gets an Ultra version, making it the second Audi SUV to carry this designation after the Q3 1.4 TFSI Ultra.

The Q5 2.0 TDI Ultra therefore becomes the most economical and efficient variant of all those in the Q5 range. The Ultra version uses a 150 CV 2.0 TDI engine, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Permanent Quattro all-wheel drive is not available on this version.

This edition features low rolling resistance tyres, which, together with various adjustments to the engine’s operation, mean that the consumption figures of this Q5 are the lowest in the range (4.9 litres per 100 km on the combined cycle and 129 g/km of CO2), while maintaining the same performance as the standard version, with a top speed of 192 km/h and a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 10.9 seconds.

The Audi Q5 2.0 TDI Ultra will be launched in combination with the Advanced edition trim, which includes equipment more than sufficient for a model in this segment. It features items such as xenon headlights with headlight washers, light and rain sensors, an electrochromic interior rear-view mirror, cruise control, 18-inch alloy wheels and an electrically operated tailgate, among others. With this trim, the Q5 2.0 TDI Ultra starts from 38,810 EUR.

In addition, this engine can also be combined with the S-Line and Offroad edition trims, each with their own specific equipment. The price of both versions is 40,370 EUR. With these two trims, the homologated average consumption rises to 5.2 litres per 100 km on the combined cycle, with CO2 emissions of 135 g/km.
