BMW and Kith unveil a new special edition of the BMW XM Kith Concept 2025
BMW and Kith are teaming up once again for the exclusive XM by Kith 2025, a high-performance plug-in hybrid SUV that combines 653 CV of power and an electric range of up to 88 kilometers
BMW and Kith are set to surprise the world once again with their third collaboration, blending German automotive heritage with the avant-garde lifestyle of Ronnie Fieg’s label. At Art Basel Miami Beach 2024, the BMW XM Kith Concept 2025, a high-performance plug-in hybrid, was unveiled alongside the reborn BMW M1 E26 from 1981, both designed through Fieg’s unique vision.

A tribute to the BMW M legacy
The BMW XM by Kith 2025 stands out not only for its exclusive design and its limited edition of 47 units, but also for its advanced powertrain. This plug-in hybrid model features the innovative M HYBRID drive system, which combines a 4.4-liter V8 combustion engine with a high-performance electric motor. Together they generate a total output of 653 CV and a peak torque of 800 Nm, allowing the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds. In addition, the 8-speed automatic gearbox ensures smooth, rapid shifts, optimizing both performance and efficiency.
The electric system of the BMW XM offers an all-electric range of up to 88 kilometers, ideal for urban journeys and earning it the CERO environmental label. This hybrid technology not only improves the vehicle’s efficiency but also reinforces BMW’s commitment to sustainability, combining low emissions with exceptional performance.

Exclusive design limited to 47 units
The design of the BMW XM by Kith 2025 reflects the perfect fusion of the classic sportiness of the M line and Ronnie Fieg’s aesthetic vision. The exclusive BMW Individual Frozen Techno Violet paint, developed exclusively for this model, covers the bodywork, while details such as the 23-inch M alloy wheels in Jet Black, Kith’s custom lettering in Techno Violet and the illuminated kidney grille with purple outline raise its presence to another level.
Inside, luxury is combined with functionality. The seats, upholstered in BMW Individual Merino leather, feature Kith’s embossed monogram pattern, while the ambient lighting in purple tones creates a sophisticated atmosphere. The headrests, the rear M Lounge and the custom cushions reflect the attention to detail that defines this special edition.

A reborn icon
At Art Basel Miami, BMW and Kith also presented the BMW XM Kith Concept 2025, a one-of-a-kind model that takes exclusivity to the extreme with innovations such as backlit LED side strips and a modified suspension that further enhances its sporty proportions. Alongside this concept, the BMW M1 E26 from 1981, rebuilt by Ronnie Fieg, completed the story, connecting the past and present of the M series with a design that honors its legacy. With deliveries scheduled for mid-2025, interested buyers can already request a purchase through the official BMW M website.
