812 Competizione Ferrari Supercars
Carlos Sáinz debuts an impressive Ferrari to drive day to day
The Spanish driver has received the car that will replace the Volkswagen Golf he had been driving until now, a customised Ferrari 812 Competizione.

After several years in the world of Formula 1, Carlos Sáinz Jr. has bought his first supercar to drive on the road. A car that will accompany him on his daily journeys and that has become something very special, as it is no ordinary vehicle. It is a Ferrari 812 Competizione.
The change for the driver is going to be big, because his previous first car was a Volkswagen Golf, which his parents gave him when he turned 18. The supercar he will now drive is one of the 999 units that will be built of this special edition. Its market price is 560,000 euros, although for the Spanish driver, the car has gone through the Tailor Made division, which is in charge of customising cars.

The car Carlos Sáinz drives has passed through the hands of the brand’s personalisation specialists and they followed the driver’s instructions to deliver the car he wants to drive in the coming years. The result is a unit that he will be able to drive on roads all over the world, but that he can also take to a circuit and enjoy all its performance.
The bodywork is satin silver, as the driver prefers dark colours. The bonnet has a section made of carbon fibre and there are details in red, a colour that cannot be missing from a Ferrari. It can be found on the front splitter, also in carbon fibre, the side skirts, the rear diffuser and the rear air outlets. The black wheels have a red brake caliper set as contrast.
The bodywork colour changes colour and tone depending on the light, creating a very special look that gives an extra touch of exclusivity.
Inside, it features sports seats upholstered in grey and red Alcantara and carbon fibre plates with the inscription “Smooth Operator”, the driver’s nickname in F1. The number 55, the same one the driver wears on his single-seater, can be seen on the bodywork and on the floor mats. In this video, Carlos Sáinz himself tells you how he is going to enjoy this car.
