An executive at Kia has announced that by 2017 the brand’s cars will be able to stand alongside the best German or Japanese models, while it develops more advanced technology, technologically speaking. The question is whether those who have always preferred the Mercedes-Benz will consider Kia a future option for luxury saloons, no matter how much effort the Korean brand puts in.
