Cupra Tavascan Electric Cars SUV
CUPRA Tavascan: the first fully electric SUV with up to 568 km of range, starting from €52,010
The fully electric SUV coupé is now arriving in Spain, also available in the sporty VZ version with a range of up to 568 kilometres

CUPRA has launched its first fully electric SUV coupé, the Tavascan, marking a new era in its range of electric vehicles. This model stands out not only for its range of up to 568 kilometres, but also for its innovative design and performance that promise to win over driving enthusiasts.
Equipment and design
The CUPRA Tavascan is distinguished by its avant-garde, sporty design. Its exterior features athletic proportions and a front end equipped with Matrix LED headlights, with a three-triangle light signature, giving it an unmistakable visual identity. Inside, the Tavascan is a design masterpiece, with a central spine that accentuates its architecture, almost invisible air vents and ambient lighting that extends across the dashboard and doors.

This SUV is not only a display of style but also of technology, equipped with Adaptive Chassis Control (DCC Sport), sport suspension and progressive steering. The forged alloy wheels of up to 53 cm (21 inches), standard fitment 19-inch, with 20 and 21-inch on the VZ version, and high-performance tyres meet the requirements to emphasise its sporty character.
Four colours are also available: Atacama Desert, White Silver, Urano Grey and Tavascan Blue. Atacama is the standard colour at no extra cost, while Tavascan Blue and Urano Grey are the most expensive, adding €1,100.

Two versions available with up to 340 CV
The CUPRA Tavascan is available in two versions: Endurance and VZ. The Endurance version has a motor producing 210 kW (286 CV) and 545 Nm of maximum torque, offering a range of up to 568 kilometres thanks to its 77 kWh lithium-ion battery. This version accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds and reaches 50 km/h in just 3 seconds.

The VZ version, meanwhile, raises the power to 250 kW (340 CV) with all-wheel drive, thanks to its two motors, one on each axle. The front motor provides 134 Nm of torque, while the rear delivers 545 Nm, allowing acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds and from 0 to 50 km/h in 2.4 seconds. Although its range is slightly lower, at up to 522 kilometres, it remains impressive considering its greater performance.
Equipment and connectivity
Even in its base version, the Tavascan comes equipped with a sport steering wheel with satellite buttons, Bucket seats and a CUPRA Drive Profile driving mode selector. The VZ version adds Adaptive Chassis Control (DCC), CUPRA mode and all-wheel drive. In terms of digitalisation, it incorporates a 38 cm (15-inch) infotainment screen, the largest ever fitted in a CUPRA to date, with a highly customisable interface and a backlit slider control.

The 5.3-inch Digital Cockpit instrument cluster and the Head-Up Display with augmented reality, available on the VZ First Edition, offer an intuitive and advanced driving experience. In addition, the wireless Full Link system for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, together with the wireless charger, ensure complete connectivity.
Active safety
Safety is another fundamental pillar to which great attention has been paid on the Tavascan. Even from the entry-level version, it features Level 2 autonomous driving, thanks to Connected Travel Assist, which includes adaptive cruise control, lane departure assist and automatic emergency braking. The Full LED headlights, optional on the Endurance version and standard on the VZ, incorporate Matrix LED technology for optimal lighting without dazzling other drivers.

The Tavascan also includes traffic sign recognition, blind spot assist, rear traffic alert and driver fatigue detection. The VZ version also features a 360º camera system and a panoramic roof, enhancing comfort and safety.
Price and availability
The CUPRA Tavascan is available from €52,010 in its most basic version of 210 kW (286 CV), without discounts, with the possibility of applying for state aid of up to €10,000. The VZ versions with their 250 kW (340 CV) battery start at €65,060, with optional packs available such as the Winter Pack.
