If the Porsche 911 is one of the best-known and most coveted supercars among all car enthusiasts, the customisations applied to this model make it an even more desirable car. Techart has worked on this model and turned it into a special edition limited to just 19 units.

This is the GTstreet R Flyweight, based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S. Some of the modifications are aimed at reducing the weight of the model by about 60 kg. Aerodynamic elements have also been added that improve this aspect of the model and give the driving experience more intensity.

These elements include a fixed front splitter made of carbon fibre. The side fins and the panel underneath the bodywork are also made of this material. All of this increases aerodynamic downforce and improves its behaviour at high speeds.

The front wheel arches, also made of carbon fibre, are wider and feature air outlets. At the rear there is a spoiler of the same material. The rear spoiler can adjust its angle to modify downforce and aerodynamic drag.

Engine changes

The engine is another area that has received changes in this limited edition. It has been fitted with the Powerkit TA092/T2.1 package, which includes optimised turbochargers, sports air filters, boost pressure valves and recalibrated software. As a result, power reaches 800 CV and maximum torque rises to 950 Nm.

With these upgrades, the GTstreet R Flyweight accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and its top speed reaches 350 km/h. In addition, Öhlins suspension has been fitted, along with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tyres.

This variant will be presented on 21 March at the Bangkok Motor Show, and the 19 units making up this edition are expected to sell out immediately.
