High-resolution photos and new details of the redesigned M3 saloon

Unfortunately for buyers of the previous four-door M3, which was destined to disappear just a few months after being born, BMW has today presented images and data of the updated sports saloon that receives the same aesthetic changes as the rest of the versions, in addition to some extra improvements inside. The engine, on the other hand, remains unchanged and still has the same 4 litres and 420 CV from the V8.
Outside, the rear lights inherit the design features of the new 7 Series, and the upper edge of the boot has a more pronounced look to accentuate its sporty character.
Inside, apart from new options, the central air vents have a new shape, and there are new armrests on the centre console. This also features the new improved version of the iDrive system, with new direct-access buttons for functions such as the navigation, the music system or the television around the main selector. The screen is now 8.8 inches, and the navigation system has been updated.
Therefore, the M3 saloon prior to the facelift seems set to become a museum piece, as few examples will have seen the light of day.
