Lamborghini Aventador SVJ: this is the new Italian beast with 770 CV of power
Lamborghini has just unveiled to the world the new Aventador SVJ, the most radical version of the Aventador, which comes with 770 CV of power, 720 Nm of torque and 1,525 kg

The supercar world is stirring intensely due to the various brands that work in this segment and their creations. The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is already a reality and, after its appearance was leaked, we already know all the details. The latest offspring of the Italian firm was unveiled at Pebble Beach, one of the biggest automotive events of the year, which brought together numerous brands and models, but the Aventador SVJ was the undisputed star of this edition.
The Italian firm has decided to bring an end to one of the most successful cycles of all time in a spectacular way. The SVJ arrives as the most radical representation of the Aventador, a version that takes the already spectacular SV as its base but pushes its performance to unknown limits. At the same time, exclusivity has also been applied to the latter Lamborghini, since only 900 units of the SVJ will be built.
A radical and sporty design, yet faithful to its essence
The aesthetics of the new Aventador SVJ blend perfectly with its philosophy, where pronounced aerodynamics give rise to an aggressive and radical exterior look. On the one hand, we find a rear end dominated by two cylindrical exits positioned just above the diffuser. At the same time, these are governed by a powerful rear wing that ensures the wind does not interfere with the trajectory of the Aventador SVJ.

Continuing to analyse the rear of the Italian supercar, we find a new diffuser with a much more exaggerated design, intended to improve aerodynamics. The same goes for the splitter, which has been introduced in a series of lines that bring out a much rougher and more aggressive appearance.
Last but not least, we can notice a new bonnet, where two air outlets have been incorporated to direct air towards the front when it enters through the bumper. Thanks to this aerodynamic advance, the Aventador SVJ has been able to crown itself as the new king of the Nürburgring, but it is not the only element that improves on this latest creation from Lamborghini.
Atmospheric V12 heart with 770 CV of power
One of the main charms of the Lamborghini Aventador is, without a doubt, its spectacular engine. The atmospheric V12 that has powered every existing version of the Italian supercar is in danger of extinction, but Lamborghini has once again used it as the fundamental pillar of the SVJ. This powerplant has undergone a series of improvements that allow it to keep pace with the new aerodynamics the Aventador displays.

Now, the 6.5-litre V12 is capable of generating 770 CV of power and 720 Nm of torque, figures that allow it to reach 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and a top speed above 350 km/h. At the same time, these figures apply to a mass of 1,525 kilograms, a weight that the Aventador SVJ registers on the scales and that allows it to be one of the vehicles with the best power-to-weight ratio.
At the same time, all-wheel drive remains present in the Aventador SVJ, as does the steerable rear axle which helps when manoeuvring and taking corners. Furthermore, the ALA 2.0 system arrives to revolutionise the market, since this innovation allows the supercar from Lamborghini to become one of the fastest and most precise on tarmac.
This new system features a series of flaps that open and close depending on how the car is being driven. In this way, when ALA 2.0 is activated, the flaps open to allow air to flow through their interior and thus prevent it from disturbing the trajectory of the Aventador SVJ.
Only 900 units for the entire world
As is customary, this type of vehicle is characterised by a high level of exclusivity, which is reflected in its price and production. Lamborghini has announced that only 900 units of the Aventador SVJ will be produced, thus making it one of the most sought-after vehicles from the Italian firm.

The price of each of the 900 units will be 349,116 euros before taxes, a figure that will quickly change once the Aventador SVJ is customised by the Ad Personam department. In this way, each and every one of the 900 fortunate owners will be able to make their Aventador SVJ even more unique and special.
