Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera

A new creation from the dream factory known as Lamborghini. In this case it is a revision of one of the Gallardo variants, the Superleggera, which focuses on shedding no less than 70 kilos from its predecessor to get down to a mere 1,340, making it the lightest Lambo in the available range. Obviously all of this is achieved through the clever use of carbon fibre. It measures 4.39 metres in length, 1.90 in width and 1.17 in height, less than a metre and a
twenty.
The V10 engine of 5.2 litres produces 570 horsepower at 8,000 rpm on this occasion. Its peak torque of 540 Nm arrives at 6,500 rpm, allowing it to accelerate to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and to 200 km/h in 10.2 seconds, an absolute madness. A top speed of 325 km/h and a six-speed gearbox round off the information, adding that its consumption is relatively low, 13.5 litres per 100 km: it is, after all, 20% more efficient than its predecessor. Given that the Hummer consumes more than 25, this figure is not bad at all.
On the outside we find a genuinely aggressive and beautiful car: we have a gallery so you can indulge in praise for this marvel. A fairly large little rear spoiler and the aesthetic changes made with aerodynamics in mind result in a spectacular car, although somewhat raw: very racing-oriented. I suppose it will provoke some comments saying it is not very refined or polished.
The interior has not been neglected and offers a very well-finished appearance, although we only have a couple of little photos. From Lamborghini they tell us that technology is implemented in this vehicle and that extras such as the navigation system will be available, so it will not be a purely racing car but rather one seeking a reasonable level of ride comfort, so you don’t feel like you’re riding as Alonso’s co-driver.
