LEPAS opens orders for the L8 Super Hybrid: from €33,990 with 0% APR financing

The LEPAS L8 Super Hybrid can now be ordered in Spain with a promotional price from €33,990, financing at 0% APR and an electric range of up to 90 kilometres. The new SUV, the first model marketed by LEPAS in the Spanish market, combines 279 CV of power, extensive standard equipment and a total range of over 1,100 kilometres.

The arrival of the LEPAS L8 marks the effective start of the brand’s commercial activity in Spain. Available in the Essence and Elegance trims, it will begin delivery to the first customers over the coming weeks, supported by a sales network that already has its first operational outlets and will exceed 50 sales points before the end of 2026.

LEPAS L8 Super Hybrid: price and versions in Spain

The launch price of the LEPAS L8 Essence is €33,990. This figure includes the brand’s commercial promotions, discounts linked to financing and aid from the Programa Auto+.

The LEPAS L8 Elegance starts at €36,490, that is, €2,500 more than the entry-level variant.

LEPAS has also reached an agreement with Banco Santander to offer a financing campaign at 0% APR, subject to the corresponding commercial conditions. With this strategy, the company seeks to position its flagship SUV as a competitive alternative for those who need a spacious, electrified vehicle but do not want to depend exclusively on the public charging infrastructure during journeys.

279 CV and more than 1,100 kilometres of range

The LEPAS L8 uses the LEPAS Super Hybrid or LSH technology, consisting of a 1.5 TGDI petrol engine, a 1DHT hybrid transmission and a lithium iron phosphate —LFP— battery with 18.4 kWh of capacity.

The combustion engine achieves a declared thermal efficiency of 44.5%, while the transmission has a mechanical efficiency of 97.6%. The system develops a combined power of 205 kW, equivalent to 279 CV, and delivers a maximum torque of 365 Nm.

With these figures, the SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds. The manufacturer homologates a consumption of 2.2 litres per 100 kilometres, up to 90 kilometres of range in electric mode and over 1,100 kilometres of combined range.

This combination makes it possible to cover a good part of daily journeys using electric energy while retaining the flexibility of the combustion engine to tackle long trips without having to plan every stop around a charger.

A large SUV with 507 litres of boot space

The LEPAS L8 measures 4,688 mm in length, with a width of 1,871 mm, a height of 1,686 mm and has a wheelbase of 2,800 millimetres. Its dimensions place it within the mid-to-large family SUV segment, with a cabin designed to prioritise space and occupant comfort.

The boot offers 507 litres of capacity, which can be extended to 1,314 litres by folding down the rear seats. LEPAS also announces up to 16 different configurations for the cabin, aiming to adapt the interior space to different family, professional or leisure needs.

The LEX platform has been developed to optimise the use of space, dynamic behaviour and ride comfort. It includes a multi-link rear suspension and a specific tuning for European markets.

Leopard Aesthetics design

The design language of the LEPAS L8 is called Leopard Aesthetics and takes as its reference the agility, strength and visual elegance of the leopard.

On the exterior, this philosophy translates into a bodywork with fluid surfaces, muscular proportions and an image intended to combine dynamism and sophistication. Inside the cabin, the brand opts for a technological environment oriented towards wellbeing and ease of use.

This approach is part of LEPAS’s positioning under the concept “Drive Your Elegance”, with which the company aims to differentiate itself through the combination of design, electrified mobility and everyday functionality.

One of the main challenges for any brand starting to operate in a new market is building trust beyond the product. To reduce that uncertainty, LEPAS offers a general warranty of seven years or 150,000 kilometres.

The battery and high-voltage components have specific coverage of eight years. Roadside assistance is also included for the first three years, with the option to extend it to seven.

The brand assures that its spare parts warehouse in Spain already holds 98% of the required parts, with deliveries within approximately 24 hours to the official workshop network. Commercial and after-sales coverage will continue to grow over the coming months, exceeding 50 locations across the country by year-end.

What does the LEPAS L8 offer compared with other hybrid SUVs?

The main argument for the LEPAS L8 lies in the combination of four elements: promotional price, electric range, power and equipment. For €33,990 under the announced launch conditions, it offers 279 CV, 90 kilometres of electric operation, more than 1,100 kilometres of total range and standard equipment including a 540-degree camera, dual screens, wireless connectivity and more than 20 driver assistants.

The Elegance trim, meanwhile, adds features uncommon at this price level, such as massage, ventilated and memory seats, active noise cancellation, remote parking and a Sony sound system.

Its acceptance will also depend on real-world driving experience, consumption figures obtained outside the homologation cycle and the definitive rollout of the sales network. On paper, however, the LEPAS L8 arrives with a particularly complete proposition to compete in a segment where price is no longer the only decisive criterion.
