Lexus is preparing a special version of its models based on Marvel's The Eternals

We all know that cinema and cars often go hand in hand. Car brands never miss the chance to present their new models in major blockbusters, both to keep the public’s interest and to showcase everything these cars can do. In the case of Lexus, the Japanese brand has joined forces with Marvel’s latest release, The Eternals, to show off the style and power that Marvel’s heroes need in their adventures.

Each of these cars has been designed to resemble one of the characters in the film. Their bodywork has been styled to carry the designs of the characters’ armour, and they were present at the film’s premiere on 18 October. This is not the only collaboration between Lexus and Marvel, as several of the brand’s models also appeared in Black Panther. And in The Eternals, the character Kingo, played by Kumail Nanjiani, drove a Lexus IS 500 F SPORT Performance.

In this short film, which is a commercial to showcase all the capabilities and equipment of this model, the actor drives around the city looking for a parking space so he can leave his Lexus and join his comrades in the battle they are fighting. Lexus GX 460 – Ajak

The Lexus LS 500 SPORT PERFOMANCE saloon, which has become the flagship of Lexus, reflects the elegance of Ikaris, the tactical leader of The Eternals, played by Richard Madden.

Lexus LS 500 SPORT PERFOMANCE – Kingo

We have already seen the short film starring Kingo, played by Kumail Nanjiani. But this Lexus LS 500 SPORT PERFOMANCE is dressed in the character’s colours and offers a different look from the previous one.

Lexus RC F Track Edition – Makkari

To give the character Makkari, played by Lauren Ridloff, an image of speed and action, the bodywork of the fastest car in Lexus has been decorated in her colours.

Lexus LX 570 – Phastos

The powerful SUV, which features very advanced technology, will be the vehicle wearing the livery inspired by the character Phastos, whose face is lent by Brian Tyree Henry. He has a lot to do with technology, so he fits the essence of the model.

Lexus RC F – Sersi

The brand’s fastest and most agile model is fitted with Sersi’s green colour, brought to life by the actress Gemma Chan.

Lexus NX 250 – Sprite

This crossover is capable of tackling any terrain and coming out on top. So it has been dressed as Sprite and turned into the vehicle inspired by the character played by Lia McHugh, Sprite.

Lexus LC 500 – Thena

For Angelina Jolie and her character, Thena, the choice fell on the elegance and power of the LC 500. The white livery highlights its lines and lets us see that elegant, attractive look.

All these cars, with their modified bodywork, will be present at several events related to the film’s premiere and will be part of the film’s promotion.
