Lexus reserves you a parking space in central Madrid, a useful and premium initiative
Lexus has announced the launch of a particularly special initiative: it will reserve free spaces in two car parks in Madrid for its customers

Lexus entered the market less than 30 years ago with the firm purpose of positioning itself as an alternative to the traditional premium brands.
Now the Japanese firm intends to keep gaining ground with proposals that are different and appealing to its customers.
Urban centres are increasingly congested, and traffic flow is difficult, especially if we add the Christmas period to the equation, when crowds and traffic restrictions make conditions even worse, making it almost impossible to find a place to park our vehicle.

Lexus, aware of this, has decided to launch a proposal that aims to make its after-sales service the best on the market, one of the raisons d’être of Lexus, which has one of the highest customer recommendation rates in the market.
That is why, in one of the most congested cities in our country, Madrid, Lexus has announced that, in the period from 4 December 2017 to 31 January 2018, a number of parking spaces will be reserved in two of the most central car parks in the Spanish capital.

The car parks chosen are, specifically, the Parking Serrano Retiro and Parking Serrano Ortega, where the brand has reserved a number of spaces so that customers who come by car to Lexus can park free of charge, limiting lost time and stress at the wheel.
With this initiative, the Japanese firm is taking a step forward, showing that customer care is not limited solely to the process of buying a vehicle. This kind of move will surely be imitated by other manufacturers, which are unable to offer the same attention to buyers of vehicles that, as a rule, are not cheap at all.
