Manhart Racing presents the M6XR Twin-Turbo

The guys at Manhart Racing have taken their time to present another of their well-known “asphalt planes” and, as you can see, it seems they no longer care what kind of car they’re working on. Proof of this is the so-called M6XR Twin-Turbo.
As you can see, this model has been developed on the BMW X6 M, a car that needs little or nothing to surprise its owner in terms of power, looks, or high consumption, but when it comes to performance, few things offer one of the most beastly tuning jobs of the moment.

Before we look at what they’ve achieved mechanically, we’ll focus on the styling, where the tuner has created an exclusive aerodynamic kit designed to improve airflow for cooling certain parts, as well as reduce weight through the use of carbon fibre on elements such as the front and rear bumpers, and on the 23-inch ultra-lightweight alloy wheels.
Thanks to all this work on the bodywork, Manhart Racing has managed to considerably reduce the weight of this beast to 2,380 kg, a weight that has to be moved by an 4.4-litre V8 engine tuned to 680 CV.
If you still doubt the capabilities of this “supercar“, we can only tell you that it is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds or reaching a top speed of 319 km/h. As I said, these are figures worthy of a high-end supercar rather than the SUV-sports car that BMW fans like to call it.
