The Gronos name has brought us several of the most radical interpretations from the iconic tuner Mansory, always sharing extravagant designs and supercar-like performance. However, off-road versions have not been as numerous as the sporty ones and, for that reason, Mansory has just unveiled its new Mansory Gronos 4×4.

With a production run limited to 10 units worldwide and wearing a nardo grey colour across its entire bodywork, the new Gronos 4×4 has a highly intimidating presence, thanks to its aggressive bumpers, its newly designed grille, the muscular bonnet and the multiple carbon fibre elements such as the front splitter, the wheel arches, the light module integrated above the windscreen, the aggressive rear spoiler, or the cover over the spare wheel on the tailgate.

Everything bigger

Wherever you look, the Gronos 4×4 offers a more muscular look compared with a conventional G 63, since in addition to the elements already mentioned, the Gronos features a widened doors that increase their thickness and give it a more pronounced appearance.

What’s more, Mansory has also highlighted that, like all the versions they have presented of the G-Class, the new Gronos 4×4 is also available in armoured version on request.

As it could not be otherwise, Mansory’s G 63 comes with forged alloy wheels measuring 22 inches, fitted with Pirelli Scorpion all-terrain tyres in 325/55R22 size.

Tailor-made personalisation

Venturing inside this off-road tank, you will find a wide range of leather, colour, padding, material and carbon fibre options, which add to the traditional design elements signed by Mansory, such as the sporty leather steering wheel, aluminium pedals, leather mats, and handles and seats personalised with its logo.

Turning to its mechanical side, the Gronos 4×4 introduces several new features in its transmission and engine control unit, with a 850 CV and 1,000 Nm of torque, thanks to which it is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds and reaching up to 210 km/h (electronically limited).
