Montezemolo, the revolution of Ferrari after Enzo's death
Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, a figure perhaps little known to some but who has undoubtedly achieved what Enzo Ferrari, founder of the Italian company, himself did not manage to achieve

Imagine finding yourself, almost overnight, in charge of a brand as large and legendary as Ferrari, a huge company laden with expectations that you must lead with an iron fist, something that should make you feel like the most powerful figure on the planet, while also simply terrified of what awaits you, all in equal measure.
For this reason we cannot let the year pass without praising the work of a figure like Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, a person who knows how to understand and handle every kind of pressure to his liking. An emblematic figure who has led the company for almost 20 years and is the main person responsible for what Ferrari is and how we understand it today.
Specifically, following the death of the company’s founder back in 1988, we find a young Montezemolo who has achieved over this time things such as increasing the company’s revenues from 230 million in 1993 to more than 2,000 million euros in declared profits this very year.

On the other hand, the company has become a truly exemplary one in the industrial field, to the extent that according to the latest publication by London’s Financial Times it was named “The best place to work in Europe” thanks to certain benefits such as, for example, every worker having access to free school books for their children, medical checkups at no cost to the family, and a mortgage that is much better thought out and lower compared with the rest of the country…
Without a doubt a shake-up for the brand and, of course, an example of how things must be done to make your company succeed. For this reason, it may be crazy, but would Montezemolo deserve a vehicle bearing his name, just as happened with Enzo? Personally, I will only say that Montezemolo is the man who has given fame to Ferrari
