Nissan Juke BOSE Personal Edition, a gift for your hearing

As you may already know, Nissan and Bose, the American manufacturer of high-fidelity audio components, work closely together to fit certain versions of the Japanese manufacturer’s vehicles with the American sound systems. This collaboration has given rise to limited editions such as the Nissan Micra BOSE Personal, presented at last year’s Geneva Motor Show, and which now brings the essence of this collaboration to the Nissan Juke.

The idea is virtually the same: to offer a distinctive look both outside and inside, combined with more standard technological equipment, complemented by a sound system signed by BOSE that will give the occupants, and especially the driver, a unique experience. The difference between the two editions is that the Micra BOSE Personal was limited to 3,000 units, whereas the Juke BOSE Personal Edition will not have its production limited.

Starting with the exterior styling of the Nissan Juke BOSE Personal Edition, you can choose as the main body colour between Fusion Red, Grey, Pearl White and Vivid Blue, which can be combined with the other secondary colours Enigma Black, Power Blue or Energy Orange, which will appear on the mirror casings, door trim, wheels and bumper details. This will be complemented by 16-inch wheels with a custom two-tone design, as well as a distinctive edition badge on the B-pillar.

Inside the Nissan Juke BOSE Personal Edition you can also apply your personal tastes for greater customisation, choosing one of the three secondary colours above to apply to the centre console, interior door inserts, the trim surrounding the air vents at the ends of the dashboard, and as a contrast to the upholstery of both the front and rear seats.

Continuing inside, the standard technological equipment of the Nissan Juke BOSE Personal Edition includes interesting features such as the NissanConnect infotainment system, which includes satellite navigation and a rear-view camera that can optionally be complemented by the 360º camera system; the iKey system for remote locking of the vehicle and push-button start; as well as light and rain sensors and electrically folding mirrors.

But the crown jewel for everyone who opts for this special edition will be the BOSE Personal audio system, exclusive to Nissan. This system consists of six high-performance speakers which, together with the BOSE signal processing system, deliver a 360º sound experience. In addition, two of these speakers are BOSE UltraNearfield units integrated into the driver’s seat headrest. The audio system can be personalised thanks to the BOSE PersonalSpace Control function included in the NissanConnect system, allowing a wide range of audio adjustments for a unique sound experience.

As a gift from the brand, all owners of the Nissan Juke BOSE Personal Edition will receive the Bluetooth portable speaker BOSE Soundlink Micro, which will be finished in the colour we have chosen for our Juke’s body.
