Opel Combo-e Life, ready to go on sale in Spain at a very attractive price

Following the announcement of its launch a few months ago, the Opel Combo-e Life is now ready to go on sale in Spain. The electric vehicle designed for leisure and free time is ready to reach the dealerships of the German brand, and the reservation period for it has already opened.

This model features an electric powertrain designed to deliver 100 kW, equivalent to 136 CV, and a maximum torque of 260 Nm. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 11.2 seconds and offers a top speed of 130 km/h. This speed allows it to move with ease on motorways, and its regenerative braking system allows it to recover energy and be even more efficient when charging while driving.

The battery is mounted under the floor of the body. It is made up of 216 cells and 18 modules, which provide a capacity of 50 kWh and offer a range of 280 kilometres. The battery can be recharged in just 30 minutes using a fast-charging station, so it is ready to get back on the road quickly and efficiently. For this, it has a standard 7.5 kW charger and an optional 11 kW one.

In terms of size, the Opel Combo-e Life is available in two lengths, 4.40 metres and 4.75 metres. It offers versions with 5 and 7 seats, a feature that also helps it be used as a versatile taxi. In the 5-seat version, the Combo-e Life offers a boot capacity of 586 litres, while in the longer version this reaches 850 litres. If the rear seats are folded down, luggage capacity rises to 2,126 and 2,693 litres, respectively.

There are several elements that make it a connected and efficient vehicle, such as the OpelConnect, myOpel and Free2Move apps. Thanks to the Charge My Car function in the Free2Move app, the driver can locate charging points and navigate to them to always have charging secured.

The starting price of the Opel-e Life is 21,700 euros, and it will be available on the Spanish market in autumn 2021.
