Renault will no longer sell seven of its models in the United Kingdom
Renault is set to discontinue seven of the models it sells in Great Britain, replaced by some new generations and three electric models, in addition to preparing the launch of the Dacia brand.

When news like this comes out, alarm bells start ringing and one wonders what is happening at Renault. Removing seven models from a market like Great Britain could only mean an unprecedented business debacle for the brand.
Starting February 1, the Modus, Kangoo, Wind Roadster, Laguna, Espace and the Gordini range will no longer be sold in Great Britain. In the times we live in, news of this magnitude is not surprising at all, and one wonders what the French brand will be selling on the other side of the Channel.
Fortunately, the reality is quite different from what we imagined. Régie will remove seven models from the British lineup, but to make room for other new vehicles and for the new range of its electric offering.
The new lineup will include the all-new Megane, the new generation of the Scenic, the new Twingo, and the ZE electric models, the tiny Twizy and the Zoe. In short, this is a strategic move to replace some models with others, or to separate the wheat from the chaff.
In addition, in the land of Her Gracious Majesty, they are preparing the debut of the Dacia brand, which is due to take place this same year, with the presentation of the Duster and the Sandero and the establishment of its future dealer network, which will be integrated with that of the diamond.
