Second limited edition of the Fiat 500 electric La Prima, now coupé
Fiat announces the limited edition of another 500 units for the new Fiat 500 electric La Prima, but, this time, only for the 500e with a fixed roof.

Third time lucky: with the arrival of the third generation of the Fiat 500, the Italian brand announced that this icon of urban motoring would then bid farewell to hydrocarbon-powered engines, paving the way for a new 100 percent electric Fiat 500.
In any case, the forerunner of the vehicle of the new era of electrification in the car industry arrived in the form of a limited edition of the convertible version, which was kindly named Fiat 500 La Prima.
With a production run restricted to 500 units destined for the European market, the removable-roof version is no longer available, but it has given way to the fixed-roof version, which now opens its order book.
This second commemorative special edition of the Fiat 500 electric La Prima, in its fixed-roof configuration, now shows a car that, despite having the same basic specifications (85 kW motor, 42 kWh battery, up to 320 km of range, maximum autonomous driving level 2), displays and enjoys an architecture that, as a coupé, lends it a more sober and even sporty bearing, thanks to its permanently covered and closed roof.
A nature that, in addition to saving weight, as in any comparison between a fixed-roof and a removable-roof vehicle, makes the price of the Fiat 500 electric La Prima coupé also significantly lighter.
In fact, this closed version has a price of 34,900 euros, a difference of up to 3,000 €, to which discounts or public aid that may be applied at the time of purchase could be added, compared with the 37,900 euros for the price of the Fiat 500 electric La Prima convertible.

Reservations for these other 500 limited units for the launch edition of the coupé version of the new-generation Fiat 500 electric can be made through the model’s own page, although it will not reach its new owners’ garages until, initially, next October of this same year 2020.
