SEMA 2010: Live with the Drop Top Customs Camaro Targa

As we saw a few weeks ago, Drop Top Custom had prepared a very special Camaro to present at the SEMA Show, a Camaro that undoubtedly looks much better in person than in the photos this American tuner released at the time.

As you may recall, back in 1978 General Motors presented a Camaro Targa, a vehicle that undoubtedly had a tremendous impact on General Motors and above all on Chevrolet, due to the enormous increase in sales this model brought to the brand.

Even so, General Motors decided to build a Camaro Convertible instead of a representative of this legendary version, and that is where Drop Top Custom comes into play, provided that at checkout you pay 6,500 dollars.

One point that raised doubts for us at the time was the structural rigidity, which, as is logical, is greatly compromised after the conversion. On this point, Drop Top Custom has clarified that they have installed the same structural solutions as Chevrolet used on the Camaro Convertible.
