The BYD Tang considerably reduces its price for the rest of April with an attractive offer

If you were thinking of getting a BYD Tang, you’re in luck, because the brand is launching an offer that lowers its price, but only during the month of April

Byd Tang (3)

BYD has made a big splash in the European market and, of course, in the Spanish market too, thanks to a great balance between quality, design and competitive prices compared with what the competition offers. However, that doesn’t mean the Chinese brand’s catalogue doesn’t include expensive cars. An example of this is its flagship in fully electric vehicles, I’m referring to the BYD Tang.

The BYD Tang is an SUV that nearly reaches 5,000 mm in length in order to accommodate up to seven occupants, and which received an update in several areas at the beginning of 2025. Aesthetically, it stands out for its aerodynamic design, especially at the front, where large angular full-LED headlights are also housed. Looking at sizes, its enormous 21-inch wheels, fitted as standard with Michelin tyres, also stand out.

Inside, the BYD Tang can carry seven people in total comfort, as well as numerous items depending on its seating configuration, since we can go from 235 litres with all seats in use up to 1,655 litres if we fold down the two rear rows of seats. It obviously also stands out for its use of materials such as Nappa leather or the latest technologies the brand offers, all complemented by an extensive range of safety equipment.

Now, until the end of the month, BYD has launched an offer with which it substantially reduces the price of the Tang. But first, let’s look at what it offers in its highlighted equipment, because since it is offered in a single trim level, as you can imagine, it is very well equipped. Among the elements it offers, we find:

This is just part of its equipment and, mechanically, the BYD Tang has two electric motors on both axles for a combined output of 517 CV and a torque of 700 Nm sent to all four wheels, together with the 108.8 kWh Blade Battery, with which it can travel up to 530 kilometres on the combined cycle according to WLTP. It supports charging power of up to 170 kW on direct current, allowing it to go from 30% to 80% in about 30 minutes.

All this technological and design display comes with a starting price of 72,000 euros, but watch out, because until next 30 April you can get the BYD Tang in Spain for a price starting from 50,125 euros, which already includes the Plan Auto+ aid and is subject to financing conditions with the brand.
