The Fiat Qubo is all new: discover its new look for 2017

Although it is not one of the most popular models from Fiat, the Fiat Qubo is a good commercial vehicle with a family vocation that hit the market about seven years ago. Its intention was to occupy a space between the Fiat Fiorino, on which it is based, and a family MPV. Its look sits halfway between the two, and it can be used either for work or for travelling with the family. Now, Fiat has just presented the new generation, due to arrive in 2017, which you can see in the image gallery accompanying this article.
This model stands out for sharing its front end with the Fiorino, offering uniformity in this main part of the vehicle. The rear, on the other hand, has a more attractive look, better suited to private use while keeping its spirit as a commercial vehicle. The higher-spec models are called Trekking and feature more complete specifications, designed for off-road terrain, although they cannot be considered SUVs.

This variant continues to use front-wheel drive, although its Traction + system allows power to be distributed intelligently between both wheels of this axle and provides extra power when needed. But the biggest change is inside.
The cabin gains in technology and, except for the entry-level versions, includes the Uconnect infotainment system, plus Bluetooth, USB and an auxiliary input to stay well connected. The Trekking version has several additions, such as a parking assistant and other advantages over the more basic models.
As for engines, buyers have a choice of a 1.4-litre petrol engine producing 75 CV and the 1.3 Multijet diesel for the Trekking models.
