Ferrari LaFerrari Hybrid Cars Curiosities Supercars
Auction of one of the three incredible Ferrari LaFerrari "Cavallo Infernale"

Just look at it. This Ferrari LaFerrari will go under the hammer on August 16. The LaFerrari is a highly exclusive hypercar with extreme performance from the Italian brand, one that not every “wealthy” buyer can get their hands on.
We have discussed the “cavallino” hybrid hypercar on many occasions, covering the model’s features, quirks or units put up for sale. Just a few days ago we showed you the convertible version that the brand has already unveiled. So you may have noticed that this unit in the pictures is not a conventional LaFerrari. It belongs to a edition of just three units called “Cavallo Infernale”, which makes its exclusivity extremely high.
The main draw of the “Cavallo Infernale” is its aggressive look, thanks to that matte black tone internally known as Nero DS Opaco. A colour that, in our view, is more typical of models from the rival and compatriot brand for almost seven decades, Lamborghini. The “Cavallo Infernale” inscription can be found in the cabin.

The unit before us has covered only 211 miles since it was built, or in other words, about 340 kilometres. It features ceramic brakes signed by Brembo and oversized calipers painted red, which hide behind 19-inch wheels on the front axle and 20-inch wheels on the rear. Those wheels, by the way, are also finished in black and feature the typical five-spoke thin design.
We recall that the Ferrari LaFerrari was launched just two years ago as a true revolution and a major technological leap, following the legacy of a relatively recent model that remains very present in the brand, the Enzo.
Mechanically, it uses a hybrid propulsion system, whose thermal part is a large naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 engine. Combined with the electric part, the maximum power this vehicle reaches is 963 horsepower. This allows it to go from 0 to 100 in 2.4 seconds.
