Despite the cancellation of the Geneva Motor Show, the major brands are presenting their new models to the international press. And one of those cars that want to stay in the spotlight is the Hispano-Suiza Carmen Boulogne. The supercar from the classic Spanish marque is ready to be seen and admired by everyone who wants to enjoy a truly spectacular and very exclusive electric car.

To stand out, the Hispano-Suiza Carmen Boulogne features exposed carbon-fibre bodywork with copper decorative details on the wing mirrors, side skirts and front grille. Its design is a continuation of the standard model, although it includes substantial changes such as the 10-spoke alloy wheels, which give it an aggressive and sporty presence.

The brakes have been improved, and the Carmen Boulogne runs on a carbon-ceramic braking system with six-piston calipers and 380 mm discs. The wheels give it a very sporty and attractive look, so it is pleasing to the eye and has become a highly desirable and eye-catching object.

The interior has undergone changes, as the wood seen in the Carmen has been replaced by black Alcántara and a different upholstery to heighten the difference between the two versions. The carbon sports seats are upholstered differently. The 10.1-inch infotainment system, a digital instrument panel, a wireless phone charger and an audio system with six speakers and a subwoofer.

The powertrain consists of two electric motors that drive power to the rear wheels. The combined output of both motors is 820 kW, the equivalent of 1,110 CV , and a maximum torque of 1,600 Nm, around 97 CV more than the standard model. The top speed is quoted at 290 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds.

The buyer will be able to customise it almost completely, so whoever pays the 1.6 million euros that the basic model costs can pay a little more and have a large number of add-ons to explore all the possibilities this spectacular car with its traditional Spanish flavour offers.
