The Detroit Show will be the first to arrive to showcase the new releases that will be on the move throughout the coming year. And in this video we can see a bit more of the surprise Kia has in store with the new version of the Kia GT, which will be presented at this important American event. A car that we have been seeing other teasers of, such as the one that showed the impressive acceleration of the car.

The car is being revealed little by little, although it has been seen in full thanks to a leak in a Korean magazine. In this case, we are going to see a video showing part of the car’s silhouette, with a preview of what it will show us once it is presented at the American event. Video by video, they are presenting details of its bodywork, its capabilities and its features, giving a taste of everything it will offer us.

Right, according to what we see in this video, although it is somewhat confusing, we can see that it will have air intakes on the bonnet, to properly ventilate the engine, daytime running lights with LED technology, a quad exhaust and a very fluid silhouette to allow very refined aerodynamics. According to the company itself, which has published some things about this car, it is a style that will mark a before and after in the design language of this type of car for the Korean brand.

As for the engine, we are still speculating, as we do not yet have confirmation of which powertrain will launch it in such a spectacular way up to 100 km/h. There is talk that it could be equipped with the same block used by the Genesis G80, a 3.3-litre V6 engine that offers a considerable 365 CV. That power will be managed through an eight-speed automatic gearbox, which will give it greater control over the car. What do you think of this new preview?
