The LaFerrari would have development problems that would delay its presentation

Following the presentation at the Geneva Motor Show of the Ferrari with the strangest name ever used, some questions have arisen about its development. It seems that the engineers are not satisfied yet with the results they are obtaining in the preliminary tests, which appears to be the reason why the LaFerrari would not be presented in production form on time.
According to sources close to the company, Maranello has not yet given its approval to the weight and performance levels that the latest Ferrari sports car must reach. All of this, with an eye on the rivalry with the McLaren P1. It seems that at Ferrari they have taken very seriously the idea of making the LaFerrari beat the P1 in every possible way, something that apparently has not yet been achieved.
Other specialist forums speak of the LaFerrari not having successfully passed the crash tests, while others refer to “a big problem” with the car. Either way, it is significant that the LaFerrari has not appeared in photos or videos, considering it was announced so far in advance. On the other hand, the McLaren P1 has shown signs of being a finished product and has appeared more often in the media.
Given all this, the presentation of the LaFerrari would take place beyond March of next year, only once Maranello is completely sure that the car meets the objectives for which it was designed. For the moment, it seems that hybrid technology is giving the engineers trouble. Evidently, Ferrari will not announce any news of development problems, so we will have to keep waiting for the final version and analysing all the rumours that come our way from now on.
