The limited Toyota Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition already has a price in Spain

The seventh edition of Gran Turismo has already been presented, promising hours and hours of fun behind the wheel of a wide variety of vehicles, including the Toyota Yaris, which is featured in the game but also was part of the video game’s presentation, since, as you may remember, Toyota officially unveiled the Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition, a limited edition that was announced in mid-month last month.

Toyota and Sony have collaborated to create a limited edition of just 100 units for Spain, which has already been presented alongside the launch of Gran Turismo 7, at an event lasting no less than 24 hours held at the Circuito de Madrid Jarama – RACE, and broadcast live on Sony’s Twitch channel.

The new Toyota Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition is based on the GR Sport trim recently added to the range of the small Japanese city car. On the outside it features the Gris Ascari colour, with the roof as a contrast in black finish, plus a front grille with a honeycomb panel design on which the “GR” logos are mounted, an exclusive rear diffuser, exclusive rear windows, LED front and rear light units, and 18-inch five double-spoke alloy wheels with the area between the spokes painted red.

Inside the Toyota Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition there are also changes exclusive to this edition, focused on the upholstery, which combines leather and Alcantara suede with red contrast stitching and the “GR” logo on the integrated headrests of the front sports seats, with the identification plate of the limited edition providing the finishing touch. It also comes as standard with the Toyota Smart Connect infotainment system, featuring a 9-inch touchscreen and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

Mechanically, and being based on the GR Sport trim, it is only available with the 1.5 Dynamic Force hybrid engine, which delivers a power output of 116 CV. Finally, buyers of the Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition receive a keyring and a smart key personalised by Gran Turismo and Gazoo Racing, a PlayStation 5 with the Gran Turismo 7 game, an additional DualSense controller, and three months of PS Plus subscription. The Yaris GR Sport GT7 Edition is already available at the brand’s Spanish dealership network with a price of 23,150 euros.
