The Manhart MH5 800... More power for the BMW M5?

The BMW M5 has just arrived, and German tuner Manhart has already dared to get its hands on this formidable car, capable of delivering considerable power of 600 hp. But let’s stay calm: although it has already been unveiled, the BMW M5 will not begin rolling off the assembly line until next spring, so what we see in the images is not a transformed production model, but Manhart’s idea of what the definitive look of the model should be.

The M5 offers 600 hp, all-wheel drive and performance that takes it from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds, reaching a top speed of 305 km/h. However, what the German company proposes is to reach a power output of 800 hp, which will boost all of these performance figures and also give it a much more striking and impressive look.

Aesthetically, we see that the front grille will feature matt black surrounds, highlighting its shape. On the bonnet there are two air intakes that give it a more sporty and dynamic look. At the bottom it will have a spoiler made of carbon fibre, which will help improve its aerodynamics, but this is only the beginning.

The engine electronics have been improved, but this is not the only change made to tune the engine to gain those extra 200 hp offered by the 4.4-litre V8 powerplant. The 20-inch light alloy wheels help give this version a very dynamic look. At the rear there is also a rear spoiler, and the exterior mirror covers also enhance the sporty appearance of the car.

The colour used on this version, a metallic grey with matt finishes and black carbon fibre accents, will be combined with yellow lines and the Manhart logo instead of the usual BMW badge, making it clearly not a production BMW M5. What do you think?
