The McLaren 570 "LT" teases itself once again, this time showing its innovative exhaust outlets

McLaren keeps aiming to stay at the very top and, to do so, needs to turn to new versions and models, which will be tasked with taking on the competition. A few days ago, we told you about an even more radical version of the McLaren 570S, the “humblest” model from the British firm. Today, the brand has shared more news about what this souped-up variant will incorporate, which promises to be crowned as one of the most sporting and radical supercars ever built. To do so, McLaren will most likely make use of the “LT” name again, an acronym that implies significantly better tuning.

The 570S has been racking up successes with its performance and attractive styling since it first saw the light of day, which has allowed it to go head-to-head with other competitor models. The Audi R8 V10, the Lamborghini Huracán and the Ferrari 488 GTB are its main targets, but the British firm wanted to go one step further and make its entry-level model able to compete in the heavyweight category.

That is why the supposed 570LT will arrive loaded with novelties to establish a new kingdom, where it and its laws will rule over the other supercars on the market. In this way, the English brand will ensure it keeps the top spot in every segment it works in, something it achieves with the incredible aerodynamics and tuning of its most radical models.

The “small” 570LT takes over the legacy left by the already well-known 675LT, a model that managed to put vehicles with much greater power and engines into serious trouble, but the English supercar beat them all. Now it is the turn of the most innocent McLaren, which will put on new garments that will take it directly to the next level.

The English firm has wanted to keep fueling our curiosity and, to do so, they have let us in on this new teaser. In it, we can see how they keep the same philosophy of showing only some features of the future model, but this time McLaren has allowed us to glimpse the exhaust tails. These leave their traditional position to sit on the engine cover itself, a location reminiscent of the Porsche 918 Spyder.

In this way, McLaren makes sure its future creation offers considerable differences -and improvements- compared to the standard model. At the same time, this clue about the final look of the 570LT is only part of the whole, since the modifications will also be seen applied to more aerodynamic elements and, at the same time, to its mechanics. On another note, we already have a definitive date for its presentation, which will take place on the coming June 28th.
