The MINI Cooper SE Resolute Edition now in a new colour and with new driver-assistance systems
MINI gives the Resolute special edition for the Cooper SE a fresh twist, with a new body colour and more standard equipment

MINI kicked off 2022 with a range of special editions spanning its entire line-up, which have been unveiled and launched throughout the year. One of these editions has received a fresh update: the “Resolute” that applied to the Cooper and its electric version, the Cooper SE, with new features arriving for the latter.
Initially, the Resolute special edition for the Cooper SE was characterised by Rebel Green paintwork on the body, contrasting with Pepper White on the roof and the mirror caps. Now, those who opt for this special edition of the MINI Cooper SE can also specify it in Nanuq White, a word borrowed from the Inuit language, which contrasts with the dark details applied to all the exterior trim and, together with the 17-inch alloy wheels, in the Tentacle Spoke Black model.

The interior of the MINI Cooper SE in Resolute edition stands out for its graphic lines that combine to create a sophisticated stripe pattern, which is also paired with gloss black trim as part of the MINI Yours Leather Lounge variant. The equipment of this special edition also includes an anthracite fabric roof lining, a sports steering wheel upholstered in Nappa leather and solar-control glazing.

The Resolute special edition for the MINI Cooper SE stands out not only for its exclusive styling, but also for its standard equipment, which from this month includes new elements such as the MINI Driving Assistant. This includes systems such as Active Guard, which brakes the vehicle at speeds between 10 and 60 km/h, lane change warning, and Active Cruise Control, which automatically regulates the distance to the vehicle ahead at speeds between 30 and 140 km/h.

Mechanically, this special edition brings no changes to the Cooper SE, so under the bonnet we still find an electric motor producing 184 CV and torque of 270 Nm, working alongside a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 32.6 kWh, which allows a range of 234 km on the WLTP test cycle. It is worth remembering that this battery can be fully charged in three and a half hours with an 11 kW charger.
