The new Hyundai Kona EV has already revealed its prices and standard equipment in Spain
Following the start of its production, the new Hyundai Kona EV is now ready to arrive in Spain, revealing both its price and standard equipment

The new Hyundai Kona EV is now a reality, all the more so since last August, when the Korean company announced the start of its production, so it was only a matter of time before it reached the various European countries. We can now confirm that the Kona EV has finally arrived in Spanish territory, where it has already revealed its price and the equipment it will come with.
Let’s remember that the new Hyundai Kona EV substantially changes its design-oriented image, which the brand wants to convey in its electric vehicles, resulting in clean lines where the horizontal LED headlights at the front, under which sits the charging port cover, immediately draw attention, while the main LED light units are located at the extremes. This design, as if it were a symmetry, is also carried over to the rear with both light units.

The new Hyundai Kona EV has increased all its dimensions, which translates into greater comfort and interior space, and the cabin is also redesigned with two 12.3-inch screens on the dashboard as the main information hub, to which the Head-Up Display must be added. Fortunately, Hyundai does not give up physical buttons, which we will find to a greater extent on the central console to control functions such as the climate control.

Mechanically, the new Hyundai Kona EV will be available in two power levels: on one hand, we will have the 115 kW (154 CV) motorisation with 255 Nm of torque, which is paired with a 48.4 kWh battery that allows a range of 377 kilometres according to the WLTP cycle. On the other hand, we have the 160 kW (217 CV) motorisation with the same 255 Nm of torque, but paired with a 65.4 kWh battery, where, depending on the trim, the range varies between 454 and 514 kilometres according to the WLTP cycle.

Both motorisations will be available in the Flexx and Tecno 2C trims, while the top-of-the-range trim, called Style 2C, will only be available with the most powerful powertrain. In this way, the first of them, the Flexx, offers standard equipment such as:
