Toyota has already prepared the arrival of the new Toyota Verso 2016, which reaches dealerships in our country with two petrol engines. The first of these is the Toyota Verso 130, and the other available version is the Verso 140 M-DRV. These two models are the ones initially available, so those who opt for the diesel engine will have to wait a little longer for this version to reach Spanish dealerships.

The entry-level model, the Verso 130, is equipped with a 1.6-litre Valvematic engine that delivers 132 CV, paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. The Verso 140 M-DRV, meanwhile, uses a 147 CV engine and is paired with an M-DRV automatic gearbox, which is enough to provide all the thrust needed to move the seven seats this version has. The 132 CV model is available in both five- and seven-seat configurations.

The Toyota Verso 2016 not only debuts petrol engines, but its exterior also features some additional changes that give it a renewed and fresh look. The two 16-inch wheel designs and one 17-inch design contribute to this new appearance. The available body colours have also been expanded so that buyers have several options according to their preferences. Thus, Ocean Blue, Classic White, Pearl White, Graphite Grey, Jet Black and Silver can be chosen, along with Meteor Grey as this year’s new addition.

The interior has also been improved, using napa leather to cover the steering wheel, along with chrome inserts at other points in the cabin decor. It also includes the Toyota Touch 2 infotainment system, which uses a larger seven-inch screen and can be combined with the Toyota Touch 2 & GO and Toyota Touch 2 & GO Plus navigation systems, which also include three years of free updates.

The Toyota Verso 2016 range is available in two trim levels and with two optional packs. The trim levels are Comfort and Advance, while the packs are the Style Pack and the Pack Smart Line, which upgrade the equipment of the versions.

The entry price is 16,759 euros, while financing is available from 225 euros per month, which is the result of financing a Toyota Verso 130 with the seven-seat pack, at a price of 18,250 euros over 48 months, with a final instalment of 7,675.55 euros and a deposit of 3,283.33 euros.
