The Peugeot 3008 Crossway special edition is already on sale in Spain

Announced last July, Peugeot unveiled at the 2014 Paris Motor Show the Crossway special edition, designed to strengthen the ranges of the 2008 and 3008. This week sees the launch of the 3008 Crossway in our country, although the equivalent series for the 2008 is also scheduled for release and is already listed on the brand’s official website.
The approach of this edition is very similar to that of the 4008 Crossway, which went on sale in summer 2014. It takes as its starting point the equipment of the Allure trim, the most complete in the 3008 range, which already comes as standard with Icauna 18″ alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof and a Head-Up Display system projecting information onto the windscreen.

This equipment is further enhanced on the Crossway special edition with a specific upholstery in Alcantara, identifying logos on the trim pieces covering the door sills and embroidered logos on the floor mats, acoustic windscreen, chrome gear lever knob, a sports steering wheel trimmed in leather with matching chrome details, a rear-view camera and front and rear parking sensors.
The 3008 Crossway is offered with three engines: the new 1.2-litre PureTech with 130 CV and Stop & Start system, the BlueHDi 1.6-litre with 120 CV, and the BlueHDi 2-litre with 150 CV, whose details our colleague Diego explained to us in June 2014. Only the less powerful BlueHDi can be paired with the six-speed automatic gearbox with torque converter.
Peugeot announces a starting price of €23,570 for a 3008 Crossway with the 130 CV PureTech engine. This figure represents about €900 more than the Allure trim with the same engine. If you opt for the 120 CV BlueHDi, the amount rises to €25,970, while with the 150 CV version the customer will have to pay €28,050.
