The Peugeot e-2008 arrives with a range of 310 km and level 2 autonomous driving
Electrification is taking hold at the lion brand, and the Peugeot e-2008 arrives with a fully electric range of 310 kilometres.
The new Peugeot e-2008 arrives with a fully electric range of up to 310 kilometres, “a dynamic and futuristic design, cutting-edge connectivity and level 2 autonomous driving“. In addition, the new SUV from the lion brand is equipped with a 50 kWh battery.
Hélène Bouteleau, General Manager of Peugeot for Spain and Portugal, has stated that “the Peugeot e-2008 shares the spectacular and groundbreaking style, performance and on-board experience of the combustion-engine versions. Like them, it features the most advanced driver assistance functions, managed from a driving position Peugeot i-Cockpit® with a raised 3D instrument cluster. It brings to the range a “zero emissions” alternative with silent running and an almost total absence of vibration. It embodies a sustainable and technological vision of SUVs, with the pleasure of driving as its defining element”.

The new Peugeot e-2008 is manufactured at the lion brand’s plant in Vigo and offers up to three very different driving modes. Eco mode prioritises range saving, Normal mode offers maximum comfort, while Sport mode aims to deliver driving thrills.
This same mode allows acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.1 seconds and 260 Nm of maximum engine torque. The three driving modes of the Peugeot SUV allow you to “enjoy the car in different ways” with the model’s 136 CV.

As the manufacturer itself explains, “from the gear lever, you can access two very intuitive energy recovery modes. On the one hand, Drive mode, with standard recovery for driving similar to that of a petrol or diesel vehicle. On the other, Brake mode, which allows deceleration from the moment the foot is lifted off the accelerator”.
The new SUV features subtle details that set it apart from the rest of the range, such as a striking dichroic lion whose reflections alternate between blue and green depending on the viewing angle, a specific “e” logo on the front wings and the tailgate, and an elegant grille in body colour with horizontal motifs.

As far as technology is concerned, the model is equipped with adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go function, Lane Position Assist, Full Park Assist with perimeter function Flakguard, automatic emergency braking, active lane departure warning with trajectory correction and level 2 autonomous driving.
