The Porsche 911 goes up in price and the GT3 arrives in Spain

Porsche Spain reports on the new price list applicable to the 911 models. Both the Carrera and the Carrera S have seen increases in their retail selling price, although the increases have only been applied to the rear-wheel-drive models. The all-wheel-drive models have not seen any increase.

In this way, for anyone looking to get started in the fascinating world of the Porsche 911, there is the 911 Carrera Coupé option, with a selling price of 104,388 euros, with the already well-known 350 hp Boxer engine, a seven-speed manual gearbox, an acceleration of 4.8 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and a top speed of 289 km/h.

The news for all Spanish “porschistas” is the arrival in our country of the 911 GT3, with an uprated power output based on the Carrera S, although in this case the power rises to 475 hp, with 40 extra horses over the previous GT3. There is not much more to say about a sports car with such a rich history, which is a guarantee of performance for the almost 158,000 euros you have to pay for it: it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of 325 km/h.

The GT3’s equipment list is extensive, as is the options list, which includes several luxury details. The GT3 can be specified with extras such as ceramic brakes, Alcantara upholstery, special exterior colours and even colours that are not in the catalogue, which cost an extra 4,751 euros. Satnav, sound systems, voice control and Bluetooth are some of the extras that can be added to the GT3.
