The Real Madrid and Barça players already have their Audi

As every year, Audi renews the cars of the Real Madrid and Barcelona squads with models created exclusively for each of the players. Naturally, the handover of these vehicles takes place at a public event where the players are called up one by one to collect the keys to their new cars.
As is almost always the case, the events are very different at both clubs: while the handover of vehicles for Real Madrid this year took place at the Santiago Bernabéu itself, Pep Guardiola’s players enjoyed an event organised at the Circuit de Catalunya, where the players were able to take a driving course led by Audi Driving Experience.

Now, in all the newspapers, news programmes… the coaches of both teams are always compared. What about this handover? Well, as usual, on one hand Pep Guardiola turned down his car in solidarity with the rest of the coaching staff, presumably because he already has a few in his garage and they didn’t give him any more, while José Mourinho did not hesitate to ask for a magnificent Audi A7 Sportback.
As for the cars chosen by each of the players, perhaps the standout is Cristiano Ronaldo, who picked none other than an Audi RS5, while other players such as Casillas, Xavi, Piqué, Özil, Sergio Ramos, Pedro and Busquets opted for the most novel option, an Audi A7 Sportback.
Looking at the rest of the squads at both clubs, there have been no surprises, as practically all the players went for an Audi Q7, except for example Kaká, who isn’t playing but did get himself an RS6, or Granero, who got an Audi S3 Sportback.
Finally, highlight the presentation of an exclusive Audi A1 decorated in the colours of the white club.
