Renault opens orders for one of the best commercial options, now in a fully electric version: the Renault Furgón E-Tech, starting at €50,000

Renault presents the renewed Trafic Furgón E-Tech 100% electric, one of the models that has received the most attention in the commercial range of Renault, now with a fully electric version. This model, which joins the growing range of electric commercial vehicles from the brand, redefines business mobility with a combination of versatility, load capacity and energy efficiency. With over 40 years of legacy, the Renault Trafic has been the favourite of more than 2.4 million professionals since its debut in 1980.
The arrival of the Trafic Furgón E-Tech 100% electric expands Renault’s offering of electric commercial vehicles, joining the successful Kangoo and Master. This new model, available in two lengths (5.08 m and 5.48 m), promises to be an ideal tool for professionals thanks to its large load capacity, but it also means it will have several competitors in its market, such as Stellantis’ renewed commercial range including the Citroën Jumpy, the Toyota ProAce Verso or the Tourneo Custom from Ford.

Highlighted Features:
The Renault Trafic retains the essence of the original model, now enhanced with modern details that reflect its electric character and a renewed design. The longer version offers a cargo volume of 6.7 m³, a cargo length of 4.15 m, a towing capacity of 920 kg and a payload of 1.1 t.
The cabin of the Trafic E-Tech stands out for its spaciousness and practicality, with up to 88 litres of storage capacity and a central seat that converts into a desk, a feature that has become essential for professionals. It is also equipped with the Easy Link multimedia system, compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and through the MyRenault mobile app you can control various vehicle functions remotely from your smartphone.

Looking at its powertrain, it has a lithium-ion battery with a net capacity of 52 kWh, and the Trafic offers a range of up to 297 km on the WLTP cycle. The 122 CV (90 kW) motor ensures smooth and efficient performance in any situation. As the new electric version, it includes an AC charger of up to 22 kW, which provides 50 km of range in less than 25 minutes. If you want more power, a single-phase 7 kW AC charger combined with a 50 kW DC charger is available as an option.
In terms of equipment, it comes as standard with full LED headlights, cruise control and speed limiter, and heated exterior mirrors. It also offers a wide range of additional options, including a hands-free card, an electrochromic interior mirror and wireless charging.
