The Seat Ibiza debuts the Wired special series in its range: great equipment at a good price

Believe it or not, the current generation of the SEAT Ibiza has been with us for five years, since it was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2017. Over this time, the Ibiza has managed to maintain its appealing product approach, becoming one of the best exponents of its segment, which is reflected in its sales.

However, in recent times the SEAT Ibiza has suffered a notable drop in sales compared with previous periods, so the people at Martorell have decided to debut the new special series Wired in its range, which comes with great standard equipment at a really attractive price.

Available in two trim levels

The new edition is already available on the brand’s configurator and can be specified in combination with the Style XM and Style XL trim levels. That said, let’s start listing the highlighted equipment of each one.

Starting with the standard equipment included on the Seat Ibiza Style XM Wired, the most basic variant, it comes in red at no extra cost, along with 15-inch alloy wheels and Style upholstery for the interior. Additionally, its standard equipment also includes mirrors and door handles in body colour, ambient lighting, electric front windows, ISOFIX anchorage, hill start assist, LED rear lights, Front Assist with autonomous emergency braking, multiple safety airbags, unintentional lane change warning and air conditioning.

With all of the above, the Ibiza Style XM Wired starts from €18,810 with the 80 PS 1.0 MPI engine and six-speed manual gearbox, €20,720 with the 110 PS 1.0 TSI and six-speed manual gearbox, and €21,960 with the 90 PS 1.0 TGI engine and six-speed manual gearbox. It is important to note that a commercial discount of €3,200 is now available on the stated price, making it a very attractive offer.

The best-equipped version

As for the SEAT Ibiza Style XL Wired, it is offered at no additional cost in the same red, with the XM’s 15-inch wheels and Style upholstery, although in addition to what was already mentioned for the XM trim, it adds front and rear parking sensors with rear-view camera, electric windows with comfort switch and anti-trapping function, and the Comfort Pack (dual-zone climate control, electrically folding heated mirrors, Coming & Leaving Home function, light and rain sensor, electrochromic interior mirror and electric rear windows).

Regarding the prices of this latter version, adding the most basic 80 PS engine, the price starts at €19,010, €20,920 with the 110 PS one and €22,160 with the 90 PS TGI. The commercial discount is also included with this trim.
