The Skoda Elroq reveals its design so that we want to have it already at the dealership
The Skoda Elroq previews its exterior look with the publication of these conceptual illustrations, which show part of the bodywork ahead of its presentation.

Within a few weeks Skoda will present the brand’s new electric SUV, the Skoda Elroq. This model is set to be the electric version of the Skoda Karoq and features a bold and highly striking design. We don’t yet know it in detail, but the Czech brand has chosen to show some conceptual sketches of the model so that we can get familiar with its look, both exterior and interior.
The model will introduce several design elements that will probably also appear on other company cars arriving in the coming months. This design language is called Modern Solid and is quite interesting. One of its features is the Tech-Deck Face grille, which shows that it belongs to the brand’s electric range.

The Skoda Elroq also features new Matrix LED headlights, integrated into the upper part of the front end. The brand’s logo has been replaced by the brand name itself, creating a more modern and dynamic image. At the rear there is a solid, large tailgate that evokes a vehicle with a family spirit.
On the sides there are alloy wheels that may be 19 or 20 inches, which will give the vehicle a more solid and daring look. And we can say little more from these conceptual images, which are all we have to get to know the model for now.
Interior
In the interior we know that a large amount of elements made from recycled materials has been used. This recycled material will come from reused plastic bottles, fabrics and fishing nets. This will give the model’s elegant interior a more sustainable feel, making it a car that is more respectful of the environment.

Engines of the Skoda Elroq
Although the exterior has remained camouflaged, the engines that will power the new electric SUV have been clear for some time. It will be offered in several trim levels, named 50, 60, 85 and 85x. The entry level is equipped with a motor that delivers 170 CV on the rear axle. In this case, the battery has a capacity of 55 kWh.
The next variant, the Elroq 60, has a motor of 204 CV and a battery with a capacity of 63 kWh. The Elroq 85 raises the power to 286 CV and its battery has a capacity of 82 kWh, which allows it to achieve a range of 560 kilometres. Finally, the Elroq 85x is equipped with two motors, delivering a combined output of 299 CV and it is the only one with all-wheel drive.
