Once the summer season was over, the Euro NCAP safety body carried out its safety tests, through which the coveted five stars are awarded. The Subaru Outback earned them, obtaining a driver assistance rating of 95%, child protection of 89% and pedestrian and cyclist protection of 84%. According to the brand itself, these ratings are “the best ever achieved by a vehicle Subaru”.
