The Toyota C-HR Hybrid is now more interesting with the new prices applied by the brand

Toyota wants its C-HR to remain a leader in the C-SUV segment and, to that end, is still adjusting the prices of the hybrid powertrains across all its trim levels

Toyota C Hr Hybrid (1)

Toyota never tires of achieving success in virtually every market and segment where it is present, with models such as the C-HR, leader of the competitive C-SUV segment, which the Japanese brand updated last year with the arrival of its second generation, later expanding its offer with the arrival of the plug-in hybrid version.

In this way the Toyota C-HR began its commercial journey in November of last year, and a month later the plug-in hybrid version joined the range with attractive prices, including a commercial discount from the brand of 4,000 euros for all powertrains and trim levels. Now Toyota wants the C-HR to remain the leader in its segment and, to that end, the prices of the hybrid versions have been adjusted downward.

As I mentioned earlier, the Toyota also lets you add more equipment through, for example, the Advance Plus + Skyview pack, which, as its name suggests, can only be associated with the Advance trim and adds, among other elements, a panoramic roof and thermal comfort, Smart Digital Key, PrismaLED front headlights, two-tone body colour and a tailgate with power opening and closing. You can also opt for the Premiere Edition and GR Sport Premiere Edition special editions, which reserve the best of the C-HR’s equipment combined in these two trims.

Mechanically, let us recall that the Toyota C-HR can be equipped with the 140H hybrid system, which uses a 1,800 cc petrol engine, or with the 200H hybrid system, which uses a 2,000 cc engine in the latter case. In both powertrains the transmission is handled by a seven-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to the front axle, except in the 200H version, which can optionally be 4×4.

For both, and across all trim levels, Toyota has adjusted the price of the C-HR, with a price that now starts at 29,750 euros for the 140H powertrain with the Active trim, while with the Advance trim it starts at 30,500 euros. This same Advance trim with the 200H powertrain starts at 32,000 euros, rising to 35,500 euros for the GR Sport trim, passing through 40,900 euros for the Premiere Edition trim, or reaching 42,900 euros for the 4×4 version of the GR Sport Premiere Edition.
