The Toyota C-HR "Launch Edition" sells out in less than a month
The 200 units of the Toyota C-HR special edition have sold out; the C-HR rivals the Honda HRV and Renault Captur, among others.
The Japanese brand is already preparing the official presentation of the compact crossover, which will take place in mid-November.
At the end of last September, Toyota put 200 examples of the C-HR “Launch Edition” on sale for 29,000 euros. Just 30 days later, all units have already sold out. Luckily for those who did not have the chance to see it in person, this “launch edition” will remain on display until 20 November at the Platea pop-up space, next to Plaza de Colón in Madrid.

The special unit of this Toyota compact crossover features certain design and equipment details, such as 18-inch matt black alloy wheels. The powertrain of this launch version is a 122 hp hybrid combining a 1.8-litre combustion engine with an electric motor. Combined consumption is 3.9 litres per 100 km. Future powertrains for this model are estimated to reach around 150 hp.

Sales of the Toyota C-HR will begin after the official presentation of the model in Spain, scheduled for mid-November. It will be manufactured at the brand’s plant in Sakarya, Turkey, although the engines for the hybrid models will be produced in Deeside, Wales, and then fitted at Toyota’s Turkish facilities.
