The used-car show will bring together more than 5,000 pre-owned vehicles next week in Madrid

The Used Vehicle Show (V.O.) of Madrid 2018 will open its doors to the public next Tuesday, 5 to Sunday, 10 June, bringing together at the Feria de Madrid facilities more than 5,000 pre-owned vehicles from up to 33 brands, which fair visitors will be able to buy on site at the best prices on the market.

The show will grow by 6 percent compared with its previous edition, bringing together more than 5,000 pre-owned units of Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Audi, BMW, Citroën, DS, Dacia, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Ford, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jeep, Kia, Lexus, Lotus, Mercedes, Mini, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Renault, Ssangyong, Seat, Skoda, Smart, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Volvo, Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles models, all of them duly inspected and certified.

The organisers of the Madrid Used Vehicle Show expect that over the six days the event lasts more than 4,000 vehicle sales will be made, which would mean that 80 percent of the models on display at the fair will have a new owner by the end of it. To achieve this, both manufacturers with their dealership networks and the used-vehicle market companies present at the exhibition will offer significant discounts, additional equipment and special financing terms, in an effort to “convince” show visitors to drive their new car home.

In addition to passing the rigorous quality and safety controls that the Show applies to all units present at the fair before they can be displayed and sold on its premises, all of them will be available to show visitors so that they can test drive them on an outdoor circuit set up at the Feria de Madrid itself before confirming their purchase.

Organised by the Feria de Madrid (Ifema) and the National Association of Motor Vehicle Dealers, Repairers and Parts Suppliers (Ganvam), the Used Vehicle Show has become the largest event of its kind held anywhere in Europe. An important driver of sales and activity in the Spanish used-car market, the 37,000 m² of exhibition space available in halls 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Feria de Madrid once again make it the largest exhibition of pre-owned and used vehicles in Europe. At the previous edition, the 2017 Used Vehicle Show, 46,000 visitors attended, of whom over 7 percent bought their new vehicle taking advantage of the opportunities available at the show.
