The Volvo EX90 has a new entry-level version for Spain, and these will be its prices

Until now, the Volvo X90 sold in Spain had two variants, offering an outstanding output in two versions with quite high power. Something that could make buyers think twice before purchasing one of these cars. For that reason, the brand has wanted to offer a new version with less power. And, of course, a much lower price.

Until now, the entry-level version offered a powertrain with an output of 408 CV, while the top-of-range version offered an output of 517 CV. An offer that could be quite expensive for most potential buyers. The price of the less powerful version starts at 91,295 euros, but since it comes with three trim levels, it can reach 102,269 euros.

In the case of the more powerful version, it starts at 69,304 euros, although it can reach 107,279 euros. To offer a more affordable entry-level version with considerably less power, the EV 279 CV RWD variant has been created. Unlike the previous ones, this one offers only one motor, located on the rear axle.

The power output is, as its name indicates, 279 CV. It will be available in two trim levels, CORE and PLUS, like the others, but it will not include the ULTRA variant. The price of the CORE version stays at 85,426 euros, while those who want the most complete version of this variant will have to pay 89,843 euros.

All three cars share the same lithium-ion battery, which has a capacity of 104 kWh. With it, up to 580 kilometres can be covered. This figure will be lower depending on the power and the use of one or two motors. For charging, it comes with a standard 11 kW charger, although it supports charging of up to 250 kW.

From the CORE trim level upwards, this model comes with comprehensive equipment. It includes Full LED headlights, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and lane assist, four-zone automatic climate control, automatic tailgate, keyless entry and start, , traffic sign recognition, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth and other systems, which are supplemented with more features depending on the trim level.
