These are the Stellantis brands that are going to electrify
Stellantis’ future goes through electrification, and these are the planned dates for the conversion.

As you probably already know, Stellantis is an automotive group formed by the merger of the PSA Group and the FCA Group, so it has numerous brands to manage. Recently, Stellantis held a results conference in which the electrification of some of its brands was discussed.
The group will invest 30,000 million euros by 2025 with the aim of accelerating the transition to electrification across its brands, specifically in the 14 and the development of its own software. Thanks to this investment, we will see four new platforms for electric cars that will be called STLA Small, STLA Medium, STLA Large and STLA Frame. These platforms will have a production capacity of up to two million units a year. Until now we knew that Opel will be 100% electric in 2028 and that in 2024 we will meet an electric muscle car, but what will happen with Stellantis’ other brands?

These are the Stellantis brands that are going to electrify
According to data from the group’s own results conference, Fiat will stop offering combustion-engine cars in 2030, Jeep and Maserati will have a new 100% electric car in the medium term. In addition, Abarth will be a brand of electric cars focused on high performance.
Lancia, DS and Alfa Romeo will be considered premium brands, and their range will be mostly electrified. Lancia will go fully electric starting in 2024 and will also offer hybrid models. DS, for its part, will only launch electric cars starting in 2024. Alfa Romeo will become electric in 2027. Next year we will be able to meet the Alfa Romeo Tonale and the Alfa Romeo Brennero. This same year, we will also be able to meet the Maserati Grecale.

Stellantis has assured that over the next two years it will launch at least 20 electrified models: ten 100% electric, nine plug-in hybrids and one compatible with both powertrains. As a curiosity, the group has published some slogans that will reveal the future of its brands: “From 2027, Alfa becomes Alfa e-Romeo“, “Warming people, but not the planet”, “Green is the new thing”, “Turning sustainable mobility into quality time”, “the most elegant way to protect the planet”.
